This Transformational Program Includes:
Initial 1:1 consultation – this will run 60-90 mins and is when we start to dig DEEP into your symptoms and talk about everything from your eating and sleeping habits, to mood, energy level, stressors and activity. I want to know your goals, hopes and dreams, sis!
Analysis of your 7 day food diary with dietary guidelines, supplement suggestions, and menu recommendations. I love to share private Pinterest pages so I can share my favorite resources!
Weekly workouts tailored to your unique needs, goals and fitness level. We will progress you safely and make your workouts efficient, so you can feel great and make progress while having more time to spend with family and friends.
A lifestyle makeover – beginning with the most important part, your morning routine. We’ll also be addressing your evening routine, and learning effective methods of stress relief and management, skin and body care and simple ways to reduce your toxin exposure.

A mindset “reset” – this is the most important of all changes you will make! I suggest following the Mel Robbins 35 day Mindset Reset program, where you watch a video each day that progresses you through learning how to make profound changes that will set you up for lasting success. We will work together to learn how to implement these life-changing principles in a way that fits your life. I did the program and continue to re-watch her videos on a daily basis. It’s a total game-changer … and that’s what you’re here for, right?!
Additional 1:1 consultation at 8 weeks, where we will get a sense of what has changed and determine where we need to go from here. Following this second consultation, we will modify your supplement protocol, reassess your dietary needs and update your lifestyle and mindset action plan.

I encourage clients to have at minimum, food sensitivity testing, in order to ensure that your nutrition guidelines will be as effective and tailored as possible. I also support and guide you if you are searching for a diagnosis – what practitioners to seek out and important questions to ask. You want to get to the bottom of things, once and for all.
