My Story with Oils
When I discovered Pilates and became a certified holistic health coach I began my deep dive into health and nutrition. At the time I had been experiencing all of the miserable symptoms of clinical burnout – hormonal imbalances (progesterone, testosterone, estrogen, cortisol), gut problems (omg the bloat), muscle wasting, unremitting fatigue, anxiety and anemia. I had hit my rock bottom.
One of my life long besties and DoTerra superstars introduced me to these wondrous oils, and honestly, I don’t know where I’d be without them.
These oils have helped me to...
- Naturally re-balance my hormones (after luke warm success with compounded hormones ).
- Soothe my bloating.
- Improve my digestion.
- Ease my anxiety and pull me out of my brain fog ( girl, I was FOGGY ).
- Support my daughter’s recurrent bronchitis and allergies and ease her nerves at cheer competitions ( if you have a daughter in competitive cheer, you KNOW what I mean! ).
- Help my sweet son, who stresses over school 24/7 ( anyone else have a perfectionist?! ).

There was a time when I just wasn’t ready for it. I wish I had just started slowly back then … but I’m thankful to have them in our lives now.
You can start with just one oil – I did! Lavender in my bath ( I fell in love with self care because of it ) and diffusing it at night for a peaceful sleep.
