Ladies, we are facing a crisis of unremitting stress and burnout.
We feel perpetual overwhelm and superwoman expectations. Our hormones are imbalanced and our guts are dysfunctional.
We are experiencing the domino effect that can lead to weight gain, digestive issues, cravings, skin problems, fatigue, sleep disturbances, brain fog, low mood, and anxiety.
We just don’t feel like ourselves anymore.
We feel cranky and unsexy - we’ve lost our SPARK!
What is all of this costing us?
We feel like we’re drowning, letting ourselves and everyone around us down.
We feel guilt over not having the energy to play with our kids and for our lack of patience. Fatigue and lack of sex drive affect our romantic relationships and we’re angry at our own bodies for betraying us. Missed days of work lead to financial stress and worries over job stability. We lose our confidence and feel a sense of shame – we have lost ourselves and can’t seem to find our way back.
This is a time in our lives when we should be feeling alive, energetic and confident with the wisdom and experience we have gained in our lives.
We should be pursuing our passions and discovering our purpose!
How many dreams and missed opportunities will fall through the cracks because we feel too exhausted and disillusioned to focus on ourselves?

So, how do we do this? By addressing these 4 pillars:
Your gut is the gatekeeper to vibrant health. Healing your gut is the most important step in treating most chronic conditions. Excessive stress can wreak havoc on our gut health, leading to leaky gut, food intolerances, poor nutrient absorption, systemic inflammation, autoimmune conditions, depression, anxiety and hormonal imbalance.
We will assess your current gut function and determine the interventions necessary to restore balance.
We need to move everyday – but when we are suffering from burnout and exhaustion, we must read our bodies and move in a way that doesn’t further elevate our cortisol (our stress response hormone).
We want to heal while we strengthen, in a way that feels intelligent and intuitive. Exercise that is shorter in duration, yet highly efficient – so that our bodies can easily recover, without deepening exhaustion, wear and tear.
Incorporating soothing and healing daily rituals that will support your body, mind and soul. We will develop morning routines, establish healthy new habits, work on quality and quantity of sleep and much more.
Your life is defined by the gap between who you are now, and who you want to be. How do we get there? By understanding HOW to change. Without examining where we’re starting from, our current thought patterns and limiting beliefs – and learning how to permanently change our mindset – lasting change won’t happen.
